Orders and Shipping
We shipp all orders by Express Courier. For Europe it takes 1 or 2 working days, depending of the hour you place your order. US and Canada up to 1 to 4 working days and all other countries 2 to 7 working days.
We will provide you a tracking number as soon as we ship it out, so you can track the package at the courier’s website.
Both Paypal as Hipay are secure online payment platforms that do not provide credit card details to the vendors, in this case Lambda, so no records of your credit card will be stored by us. We use methods payment online 100% insurance.
Your order will sent by express courier and we work with companies that guarantee the fastest and safest shipping. For European Union we ship through TNT, except in Portugal and Spain that we ship by FEMA/ENVIÁLIA. In the rest of world we ship by FEDEX. Small acessories individual orders are shipped by post mail.
Yes, your order will be sent in a single package. If there’s any issues in shipping the total order at once, we will contact prior to the shipment to inform you.

Yes, Lambda has a 1 year limited guarantee related to any manufacturing or material defects. This isn’t a guarantee against wear and tear or any other type of aggressive wrongful wear. If you have a question about a product you bought at lambdagolf.com or any other Lambda authorized retailer please contact us.
Please send an email at [email protected]informing about the issue and we will ship the correct item by express courier and instruct the courier company to pick up the wrong item. No extra costs will be charged.

You can cancel all orders that were not shipped, without any costs for you and we’ll issue a full refund. If the order has been shipped and we cannot stop the shipment, you’ll have to return it to us at your own cost and as soon as we receive it, we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid.
Yes, you can pre-order an item that is sold out, however some models might be moving out of collection and in this case it will not be possible to do so. You need to send us an email informing what you wish to purchase and we will contact you to give you more informations about the items you’re interested in.
