DOES LAMBDA HAVE A WARRANTY ON THEIR PRODUCTS?

Yes, Lambda has a 1 year limited warranty related to any manufacturing or material defects. This isn’t a guarantee against wear and tear or any other type of aggressive wrongful wear. ARE LAMBDA SHOES WATERPROOF?

Lambda golf shoes are manufactured with a breathable waterproof membrane between the outer leather and the inner lining and carry a one year waterproof guaranty for normal use.

CAN I WASH MY SHOES?

Lambda Shoes should not be washed, common liquid soap applied with a moisture soft cloth will remove any dirt in the leather. You can also use our cleaning product available at www.lambdagolf.com/cleanandcare but only on plain leathers, do not apply on printed leathers as this will item will damage the print on our leathers.

Do not use alcohol or other aggressive cleaning liquids, these will most certainly damage the outer leather and any environmentally friendly printing applied to the leather.

HOW RESISTANT IS THE PRINTING ON THE LEATHER?

Lambda uses only environmentally friendly chemicals in any production process or component. The leather printing on the leathers applied to our shoes and belts are 100 per cent water resistant, even if completely submerged for over 12 hours but the printing will be damaged if aggressive chemicals or alcohol based cleaning products are applied to it. A soft cloth dipped in water and liquid soap will easily clean the printed leather without damaging it. Like any natural leather in any shoe or garment, if scratched hard, leather will be damaged.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SHOES DO BECOME WET?

Give the shoes plenty of time to dry in a moisture free environment, remove the foot bed from within and allow the shoes to dry naturally. Never expose them to direct artificial heat or the natural leathers might become damaged.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Lambda shoes are manufactured in European sizes that will then be converted to UK and US sizes. Our lasts are slightly wider than normal street shoes for a more comfortable fit. When purchasing online a conversion chart will be displayed as it will also be printed at the bottom part of the shoe box. Please use our size conversion chart to find your size, should the size ordered not be a perfect fit Lambda will exchange them for a different size, there is no delivery charge for the first delivery.

DO LAMBDA GOLF SHOES COME IN VARIOUS WIDTHS?

No, all Lambda´s shoe range uses a unique type of fit. All our shoe lasts are developed slightly wider than normal street shoe lasts that allow for a wider or narrower fit across the width of your feet at the toes. Our shoes allow for the more comfortable natural spreading of your toes under the pressure of walking. If you usually purchase normal fit street shoes them Lambda will allow for a more comfortable fit regardless if you are a wider or narrower fit, but if you are still not satisfied then you can make use of our Comfort Guarantee allowing you to return the shoes to us, if not damaged and receive a full refund.

CAN YOU SHIP MY SHOES INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we can ship anywhere in the world, there will be no extra delivery cost for Europe, Eastern Europe or North America, there will however be extra delivery costs for the rest of the world, please feel free to query us on any extra cost through our email address [email protected]

HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHERE MY NEAREST LAMBDA TRADE PARTNER OR AUTHORIZED RETAILER?

Lambda has a Global network of Trade Partners and Sales Representatives and Authorized Retailers. This means that there is a very good chance that there will be a store near you. Use our store locator to find a trade partner or authorized retailer near you.

HOW CAN I PREVENT MY LAMBDA GOLF SHOES FROM LOSING THEIR ORIGINAL SHAPE?

This is best done by using shoe trees made out of unvarnished sandalwood, which also extracts moisture from the leather when the shoe isn’t being worn.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Just send your unused and unworn item to us within 60 days from the date of shipment together with a copy of your purchase slip. You may return your item for an exchange or refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. Lambda.com can only accept returns purchased through Lambda.com.

WHERE CAN I GET NEW SHOE LACES?

Lambda does not stock the original laces for all shoes, however we can send you replacement laces. Please email your requests to [email protected]
