Lambda allows you to return your shoes (in perfect condition), exchange for a new and refund the money.
Lambda’s “Comfort Guarantee” offers a full refund upon the return of any item purchased online.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original tender, if returned within 30 days of the purchase shipment date.
- The refund will only be issued after good receipt of the merchandise and confirming that it is not damaged.
- Lambda will not charge for any forwarding costs related to the shipment of the replacement item.
- However, costs related to the return the merchandise to our warehouse, in Portugal, are on behalf of the client.
Please mention “No Commercial value” on the shipment documents, to avoid the payment of unnecessary extra inbound return custom duties.
“Personalized Items are excluded from any of our return policies, if returned these will not be exchanged nor refunded”.
