The Roma is our cap-toe Oxford: closed lacing, a clean toe cap and the low, slim profile of a dress shoe. It is the most formal shoe in the range and the one to wear when the round ends in the clubhouse or at dinner.
This version comes in white, a colour that goes with most of what is in a golfer’s wardrobe. A spiked sole with replaceable soft spikes gives the most grip on wet or hilly courses (a set of spikes and a wrench are included). All our shoes have a waterproof breathable membrane inserted between the leather upper and the leather lining (one year waterproof normal use guarantee). Classy shoe. I’ve been looking for a replacement to my footjoy classics.. This shoe exceeds. My biggest contribution to a review would be to confirm the size down. I’m typically a 10.5 in most US brands. Occasionally, 10 in a few select. I’ve bought high end EU designer dress shoes in the past and knew they tend to run big by our US standard. Hence, I went with the 43 US 9.5/10 and it was perfect for my US10/10.5 equivalent. I didn’t see a whole lot out there on sizing so hope this helps.. beautiful shoe.
